TG JO:AW & JO:IC servers offline?
« on: June 15, 2020, 06:50:19 PM »
I just looked for them, and noticed that neither AW2 nor IC servers are visible on Novas server list, have they been taken down or crashed?

One was crashed but now it would appear the other one is crashed, I did ask Admins to fix it but no feedback thus far.

I do not know how to set the wheels in motion still waiting for a Admin to fix this.

The servers were fixed last night and are now running (AW2 & IC).

Thanks for fixing the servers, I saw a couple of ppl playing on the IC server tonight, and I finished a map on the AW2 server myself.

The maps on these servers are tested good, i.e. they dont crash on their own, it's the JO program that uses up ports to connect to the game, and never releases them; thus after a few weeks the PC runs out of available ports and crash eventually. Even Novalogic has to restart their official servers periodically to keep them going, I hear it's their buggy network programming that never got fixed.
